The Office of California Attorney General Rob Bonta has neglected to process our paperwork that allows us to accept donations as a tax-exempt organization.

Although the office had no problems cashing our annual registration fee checks in December 2023, the Department is ignoring all of our emails, phone calls, and correspondence from our attorney.  

We are looking forward to engaging with you. 

There is a lot going on in the world right now, including the way in which the government interacts with its voters.   We may be left with no choice but to get a court order compelling the Office of the Attorney General to reinstate our organization.   This is not our first choice, but maybe the only when our rights have been disregarded by a state department.
